Throughout the November beginner ballet workshop, Indiana will introduce you to the fundamentals of ballet technique, posture, and alignment. Each week, you’ll focus on key areas such as balance, core strength, and flexibility, while learning foundational movements like pliés, tendus, and relevés. Indiana will break down each step, helping you understand proper form and execution. She’ll also cover tips on building confidence, injury prevention, and how to continue progressing outside of class.
