Saskia is a dancer, author and award-winning trainer. She is the co-founder of Grace & Form.
Indiana Woodward
Indiana is world renowned ballet dancer and teacher. She is the co-founder of Grace & Form and a Principal Dancer at New York City Ballet.
April Zanot
April teaches yoga at Grace & Form, specializing in vinyasa and yin. April honors your inhale, exhale and holds space for everything in between.
