To me this speaks to the over-thinker in me, who wants to plan towards progress and stalls the first step. You don't have to have all the answers to show up for yourself and take action, and that action ripples into all parts of your life: starting perhaps, on the mat.

Week 1 of the Long Game starts tomorrow!

The interactive schedule will be live tomorrow and you’ll gain access to all the videos in the collection. Here is Week 1 ✨

A few things to note:

1️⃣On Monday, Wednesday and Saturday there is either

a) An on-demand pre-recorded workout

b) An option to do a scheduled live class, these classes can be found in the calendar tab. They will be available to watch after the live class if you missed it.

2️⃣On Tuesday and Thursday, there are NEW video drops — exclusive classes coming to this challenge first!

3️⃣On Tuesday, you can either take the new class or choose a beginner ballet class if you’re new to ballet, we have given alternative options!

This is about playing the long game with your body, your energy, and your wellbeing. About building small, steady habits that fit into your real life, not an unrealistic version of it.

No extreme resets.
No pressure to be perfect.
No “new year, new you.”

Just thoughtful, consistent movement and routines that quietly start to add up. Over four weeks, you’ll create a rhythm that supports you through the rest of the year, helping you feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to your body, without overwhelm.

Because the goal isn’t to do everything It’s to do what you can, consistently, and keep going.
