"Michelle changed my relationship with my body. What began over Zoom during the pandemic became a journey of deep healing, nervous system regulation, and radical self-acceptance. Her lymphatic drainage and vagus nerve work have helped me release anxiety, ground myself, and feel truly at home in my body. I credit these videos as essential in my career as a principal ballerina: they’ve allowed me to move, perform, and live with more presence, ease, and resilience. I start and end my day with them. They’re not just movement, they’re medicine."

"I had wrist surgery 8 weeks ago and have since noticed continued strain on my body to recover including elevated heart rate at rest and while sleeping. I use an Oura ring to track my vital signs, stress, readiness for each day, sleep, and heart rate variability. I reached out to Michelle and she sent me her restore collection videos. I have only done two videos and attended her Franklin Method workshop focusing on movement and imagery around the face, head, and neck however within just a couple days my heart rate variability improved from 12 to 24 ms, my overall restfulness while sleeping has improved, and my resting heart rate improved from 70 to 58 bpm. I can't wait to see more improvements over the next month!"

"About a year ago, I began having episodes of vertigo. The episodes happened every 30 to 45 days. They were completely random and were extremely uncomfortable. I consulted with my Primary Care Doctor, my Cardiologist, and even an Ear Nose and Throat Specialist. None of these physicians had the answer regarding cause or treatment. One day I read an article that suggested the cause of vertigo may be an imbalance of the Vagus Nerve. Having had a conversation with Michelle Lawyer regarding the Vagus Nerve, I reached out to her for more information. She sent the Restore video set to me and suggested I try some of the sessions. I went through some of the sessions and tried some of the exercises. I have not had an episode of vertigo for almost three months. I highly recommend this program for anyone who wants to take control of their health and well-being. I am 82 years old and believe it is never too late to take control."
