In the meantime I wanted to share a quote that I'm loving at the moment, as is inspiring my action in the every day: "An ounce of action is worth a ton of theory." - Ralph Waldo Emerson. To me this speaks to the over-thinker in me, who wants to plan towards progress and stalls the first step. You don't have to have all the answers to show up for yourself and take action, and that action ripples into all parts of your life: starting perhaps, on the mat.

 Hi Elizabeth!  Thank you so much for sharing this, and we really appreciate you flagging it so thoughtfully. You’re absolutely right that advance notice is important, especially for those of you who make Saturday mornings a regular ritual.

For this class, we did email everyone who pre-registered ahead of time to let them know about the substitute teacher, (me) and we also shared the update in the community and reflected it in the calendar. That said, I'm sorry it didn't reach you! Please make sure to pre-register for the live classes incase schedule changes and check in with the calendar. Thank you again for being such a committed part of the community, it really helps us make Grace & Form better :)
