January Challenge - starts tomorrow! 💫🌅💪So excited to kick off a movement challenge to bring us together in 2025.Workshop Details:What to Expect: Please follow the weekly schedule here: Challenge Class Schedule (first weeks classes are live!) and keep up to date daily with our community updates here: Community ChatLive Classes: On zoom! This week the live workouts will be on Monday 6pm EST, Thursday 9am EST, Saturday 9am EST! If you can't make it they will be recorded. We will also have alternate on-demand classes for these days. Please do have your camera on for this class if you feel happy to. The link for all zoom classes related to this challenge will be: Join Zoom Meeting: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83795985260Meeting ID: 837 9598 5260What do you need to have/wear:  We don't expect you to have a barre, what we do ask is that you have something to hold onto (a chair, or countertop is perfect), and socks for any slider work. Hi Saskia Gregson-Williams , can I also do exercices for legs and glutes which are shown on all fourth on ellbows? I often have pain in my wrists.

We’ve just finished our super amazing January challenge and are starting something super fun and new tomorrow to keep our bodies healthy and moving through the month and beyond! We can’t wait to share with you! This series will focus more on being kind to oursleves and that a little movement a day goes a long way! ❤️❤️❤️
