January Challenge - starts tomorrow! 💫🌅💪So excited to kick off a movement challenge to bring us together in 2025.Workshop Details:What to Expect: Please follow the weekly schedule here: Challenge Class Schedule (first weeks classes are live!) and keep up to date daily with our community updates here: Community ChatLive Classes: On zoom! This week the live workouts will be on Monday 6pm EST, Thursday 9am EST, Saturday 9am EST! If you can't make it they will be recorded. We will also have alternate on-demand classes for these days. Please do have your camera on for this class if you feel happy to.
