thanks for a great class today! I was sweating more than I thought I wouldย ๐Ÿ˜‚ I have a couple things physio related - weak rotator cuff & overactive traps, and hyperextension throughout my body (mainly knees and elbows). Would be great to address either of those if they resonate with others!

I have been loving this! My body is starting to understand what I'm asking of it but I notice that my hands want to make the same movements as my feet, so getting those independent and coordination are the biggest challenges. On the other hand, I've been doing the coredination video regularly and it's SO helpful!ย ๐Ÿ˜Š

hi indiana! iโ€™m not able to join live because of time zones, but following along :) im wondering if you could talk a bit about turnout? as a total beginner 3rd and 5th positions feel a bit wonky lol. I donโ€™t want to strain my hips but also want to push enough to improve. i loved the first class - you are great at making it easy to learn and the pace was perfect for me! thank you ๐Ÿ’–

Hello! I have been subscribing to Naturally Sassy Studio for years now and it is so wonderful to see the growth into Grace & Formย ๐Ÿ˜Š I just wanted to say that the addition of more 30min and under videos has been really helpful for me. I am currently writing a dissertation for my MSc and being able to take a short break in the form of exercise has been imperative for my physical and mental wellness - helps clear writer's block and fatigue as well!

I'm also wondering if there will ever be in person classes/workshops at some point?
