Week 2 👏🗓️

So excited to be kicking off week 2, and continuing the daily work we are doing together. We have 72 wonderful human beings signed up for this challenge, so for those of you who haven't been able to join us live and are watching the live streams at other times in the days: we do hope we can meet you LIVE one day soon.

Live Classes: On zoom! This week the live workouts will be on Monday 6pm EST, Wednesday 7:30pm EST, Sunday 8:45am EST! Indiana will be teaching a beginner ballet class this week however as she's lost her voice a little (the january lurgy!) we will be announcing which day, day of! If you can't make it they will be recorded. We will also have alternate on-demand classes for these days. Please do have your camera on for this class if you feel happy to. Hi everyone,

A personal note, I hope everyone and your loved ones are safe from fires in LA. Sending so much love to everyone, and hoping everyone is safe. Looking forward to connecting tomorrow, and being together live. Yoga mat is the only thing we suggest tomorrow.

January Challenge - starts tomorrow! 💫🌅💪

So excited to kick off a movement challenge to bring us together in 2025.

What do you need to have/wear:  We don't expect you to have a barre, what we do ask is that you have something to hold onto (a chair, or countertop is perfect), and socks for any slider work. Ideally you will have space to extend your leg in all directions easily and a yoga mat!
