One of my ambitions going into our third month running Grace & Form is to make this community forum a hub for questions and daily inspiration. Sassy and I are constantly sending each other daily mantras or thoughts that are helping us stay motivated and strong in body and mind. Iβll be sharing more of these here!

Iβve been working hard in the background to curate incredible classes from colleagues and friends who will be bringing more beginner and intermediate ballet classes to the platform - alongside an incredible new pilates series. This will be coming out over the months of April and May.
