This challenge has been such a great kick start to the new year! I am excited to revisit all the classes again and have loved having new content- thank you💓 I have been sick with the "ick" this past week so I am looking forward to replaying what I have missed slowly as I ease back into movement.

I love all the classes :) Maybe some with hand weights or a resistance band if possible. I love bodyweight sculpt classes always💓

I did not get to attend live, but I got to participate in the class today (thank you for the recording💓)! Such a wonderful start to the challenge and I loved getting to see you both teaching alongside each other. I feel energized, grounded and ready to continue flowing through the month.
