This is going to be on repeat- those intricate details in movement, the combination at the end,  and one leg balance feels so strengthening on a deep level! 

This was a fun challenge with the weights- loved using them in ballet positions to provide more resistance!

This was a lovely class- I could feel the burn from gluten to calves and the instructions were so helpful for ensuring proper alignment :)
