Happy Friday! Just sending everyone a friendly reminder to take some time for yourself today if you can! I just took a little 27 mins to do our fundamental ab series and it helped get energized and totally lifted my spirits!

Train with the best [ new teacher alert ] 👏 We're so excited to introduce Ella Titus to Grace & Form! 

Dancer at the Miami City Ballet, she just began her 10th year dancing with the company. Off season, Ella began cross training in Pilates, sculpt, and HIIT, finding it has helped her ballet technique, strength, and stamina.

Ella is bringing Ballet Sculpt classes to the studio, that are aimed to bring joy to people through ballet- like movement. I've personally sweat my way through these workouts - and loved every second. I'm so excited we get to finally release them!
