I was reminded today by a repertory direct that Balanchine used to say “Dance as if no one is watching” I wanted to send this wonderful quote to everyone on this platform because it made dancing feel so good today! I recommend channeling that for any of the classes you may take in your life!

Hello! I have been subscribing to Naturally Sassy Studio for years now and it is so wonderful to see the growth into Grace & Form 😊 I just wanted to say that the addition of more 30min and under videos has been really helpful for me. I am currently writing a dissertation for my MSc and being able to take a short break in the form of exercise has been imperative for my physical and mental wellness - helps clear writer's block and fatigue as well!

I'm also wondering if there will ever be in person classes/workshops at some point?

Thank you for a wonderful space to nurture the body 💖

Hi everyone! About to do a sculpt and strengthen in the “where to start folder” with some of my friends and wanted to send a friendly daily movement reminder! So helpful to move the body every day even if it just means to take a nice walk!

Hello Grace and Form family! 👋🏻💃🏻💕

One of my ambitions going into our third month running Grace & Form is to make this community forum a hub for questions and daily inspiration. Sassy and I are constantly sending each other daily mantras or thoughts that are helping us stay motivated and strong in body and mind. I’ll be sharing more of these here!

I’d also love to hear from you all what you’re loving so far, and what you’d like to see more of.

I’ve been working hard in the background to curate incredible classes from colleagues and friends who will be bringing more beginner and intermediate ballet classes to the platform - alongside an incredible new pilates series. This will be coming out over the months of April and May.

Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! I am currently at my New York City ballet studios starting our rehearsal period for spring season and I have been noticing so many dancers do a planking and abdominal series on there breaks. I wanted to offer a little motivation to take a moment to do this wonderful series of exercises to keep your strength and mindful connection with your body during a moment of pause or stillness in your day. It is so helpful for us as athletes to make sure our bodies are strong and ready to take on the day and I find it is just as important to do this movement to take on whatever day you’re living at this very moment!
