Hello everyone! Just wanted to send a really beautiful quote that I just read while In rehearsal! About to do one of our abnominal sculpt classes and 30 min yoga by April! This quote inspired me to keep building my strength and inner peace today as the seasons change!
Hi everyone! Happy Tuesday! I am currently at my New York City ballet studios starting our rehearsal period for spring season and I have been noticing so many dancers do a planking and abdominal series on there breaks. I wanted to offer a little motivation to take a moment to do this wonderful series of exercises to keep your strength and mindful connection with your body during a moment of pause or stillness in your day. It is so helpful for us as athletes to make sure our bodies are strong and ready to take on the day and I find it is just as important to do this movement to take on whatever day you’re living at this very moment!
One of my ambitions going into our third month running Grace & Form is to make this community forum a hub for questions and daily inspiration. Sassy and I are constantly sending each other daily mantras or thoughts that are helping us stay motivated and strong in body and mind. I’ll be sharing more of these here!

I’ve been working hard in the background to curate incredible classes from colleagues and friends who will be bringing more beginner and intermediate ballet classes to the platform - alongside an incredible new pilates series. This will be coming out over the months of April and May.
