Loving all these quick barres to help me start each day! Thank you! I have a technical question. When you pas de cheval in Balanchine technique, I know sometimes you move through coup-de-pied. It looks like you are moving through coupé in the jeté exercise. Can you do both interchangeably in Balanchine technique? Is it a difference of speed maybe?
