Such a wonderful start to the challenge and I loved getting to see you both teaching alongside each other. I feel energized, grounded and ready to continue flowing through the month. Hi Indiana💓 Thank you so much for doing this workshop- I did not join the workshop due to schedule conflicts with the classes. However, I did not realize there would be recordings of the classes, is there any chance I could still join? If not, no worries, I will join the next time :) Just wanted to ask!  

Thank you so much Saskia for posting the recording! The class was absolutely lovely, it was so nice to ease into the flow with a longer class and walk away feeling more embodied. You have such a gift with your teaching and insights that helps one better understand body mechanics and build the perfect combo of strength and grace with confidence💗 So excited to keep taking these new lives!
