The end to a beautiful week of movement in the studio, and I thought this quote perfectly expressed lots of what we talk about when it comes to intention behind each movement practice.
I truly believe the first muscle to strengthen is self-love, and your relationship with yourself. From there we can strive to challenge or change our bodies, without feeling unworthy or less-than for where we are today. Movement should help bring you back to yourself, help you love yourself a little more with everystep. But to do that we have to first think about the mindset we approach movement with: an open curious mind, one that wants to get to know the body, explore how it feels & what it can do.

So wherever you are on your journey of dance, movement, strength & flow.. and wherever you’re looking for these classes to help you go. Know you are enough as you are 💕
See you all in a live class later in the week, and enjoy the new schedule for the upcoming week in your calender tab 🫶

Hi friends! It's been a whirlwind January in the Grace & Form studio. Myself and Indiana Woodward have been hard at work launching and building the platform, and all that is to come in the next 12 months.

We want to really use this community hub to connect with you all. Learn what you want to see in the studio, and have your help and guidance in the continued curation of our classes.

We'd love to know, heading into a new month what you're excited to see more of 🫶 we will be adding a poll to this community tab soon to see what you're most looking forward to.

In the meantime a little update for you!

YOGA IS HERE 🧘‍♀️ Introducing our incredibly beautiful teacher, April Zanot. April is a playful, light-hearted yoga instructor who believes that yoga is a powerful tool that reminds us to not take life so seriously. She aims to guide students toward cultivating an awareness from within while building a sense of connection in both the body and mind. We have some incredible videos in our streaming library that have just dropped - and she'll be back soon for our live classes.

Let us know if you try a yoga flow, and how you get on 💫

Hello everyone!

As an award-winning trainer and dancer along with Indiana a Principal Dancer at the renowned New York City Ballet, we have come together to create a unique and transformative movement experience - introducing Grace & Form 💫 The studio is the start of many projects we're excited to launch with G+F in 2024.

A little note! We wanted to bring this to you to start 2024, but we're very much still a work in progress and finessing our website, app and studio to create the most incredible experience for you. We've created a channel called kind-feedback🫶 so we can hear from you all if there's anything we need to fix, create or test to better your experience with us. We're on it, so be patient please 🥰
