hii!! how do i find the meal plan attached to the Sculpt plan?

Hello,
This is probably a stupid question. I haven’t had classes since Covid. There aren’t any adult classes accessible to me where I live. How far can this app take me? I just see beginner classes. Are there advanced beginner or intermediate classes?
