New Pilates Classes and Live Classes this Week!
Hi friends,
We’re so excited to share with you the launch of our new Pilates classes, with our friend, dancer and pilates teacher Sara Adams. Sara is soloist at the New York City Ballet, and has used pilates for years to solidify her strength and improve elements of her movement. Her classes are challenging, and have a strong emphasis on core strength and stability. We love them!

Had a bit of a set back this week with an injury that will hopefully heal soon! It reminded me of being patient with our incredible bodies. Also to enjoy every moment of the day or at least try to be present in each moment. This quote came up and I thought it was such a beautiful reminder to be patient with ourselves and a little work goes a long way every day!

Lauren is a former principal dancer at the New York City Ballet, resident choreographer of Paul Taylor Dance Company and Director of the Nantucket Dance Festival.
