Today's LIVE stretch and sculpt was at 8:45am! A cozy sequence for a sunday if you're feeling a little exhausted, or under the weather. 

Live class tonight! Join Indiana and I tonight at 7:30pm EST for an express Ballet Sculpt class. Combining both modalities of teaching, so you feel graceful and strong to end the day.
