Today's Class ready to stream on-demand! A 37 minute lower body focussed workout. We are focussing on getting up on the supporting knee, and finding strength through proper leg alignment. Really enjoyed this class myself, and recommend this for anyone who couldn't join live 💝

Francine Briggs we did have another class, before so it may have been that you joined a few minutes too early. The class started at 12pm est x

Hi Francine!

I’m so sorry you weren’t let in :( sending you the class now to do on-demand. I look for late joiners for the first 10-15 minutes but after that the class needs to be done from the beginning as the sequencing doesnt make sense to jump in so late. Sorry for the inconvenience!
