Hey y’all! Loving the app - exactly what I was looking for as a long-term ballet dancer getting back into things from a long hiatus. One idea for you - the calendar feature is great. It would be awesome if there was a button to automatically load the programs into the calendar. Right now I’m doing it manually! Thanks again!

Challenge
February 03, 2025
This 30-day challenge is designed to make daily movement accessible and sustainable for everyone, no matter their fitness level. Each day, participants commit to just 5 to 25 minutes of movement, whether it's mat work, ballet sculpt, pilates, bodyweight exercise or a stretch session. The goal is to build consistency, boost energy, and create lasting habits without feeling overwhelmed.
The challenge focuses on small, achievable goals, encouraging participants to find joy in moving their bodies daily. By the end of the month, participants will have developed a routine that integrates movement into their daily lives, helping them feel stronger, more energized, and ready to take on bigger fitness goals in the future. Perfect for anyone looking to get back into a regular movement routine!

We can’t wait to share with you! This series will focus more on being kind to oursleves and that a little movement a day goes a long way! ❤️❤️❤️
