Hi Saskia Gregson-Williams , can I also do exercices for legs and glutes which are shown on all fourth on ellbows? I often have pain in my wrists.

We’ve just finished our super amazing January challenge and are starting something super fun and new tomorrow to keep our bodies healthy and moving through the month and beyond!
