I just wanted went to play a glute focused class and wanted to let you know that under the "Sculpt and Strengthen" section all of the glute videos are not able to be played- they have a "lock" symbol on them? Dancer at the Miami City Ballet, she just began her 10th year dancing with the company. Off season, Ella began cross training in Pilates, sculpt, and HIIT, finding it has helped her ballet technique, strength, and stamina.
Ella is bringing Ballet Sculpt classes to the studio, that are aimed to bring joy to people through ballet- like movement. I've personally sweat my way through these workouts - and loved every second. I'm so excited we get to finally release them!
