Live Classes: On zoom! This week the live workouts will be on Monday 6pm EST, Thursday 9am EST, Saturday 9am EST! If you can't make it they will be recorded. We will also have alternate on-demand classes for these days. Please do have your camera on for this class if you feel happy to. The link for all zoom classes related to this challenge will be:
What do you need to have/wear: We don't expect you to have a barre, what we do ask is that you have something to hold onto (a chair, or countertop is perfect), and socks for any slider work. Ideally you will have space to extend your leg in all directions easily and a yoga mat!
