Goodmorning/day to everyone! I hope you’re all feeling good from yesterdays class! My arms are a little sore today which I love because it means I was really working those muscles with yall! Check out the video for today and if you have any questions or anything in mind that you’d like to discuss after our first live class please feel free to do so here!

I just finished up some mental therapy and my therapist finished the session by saying serenity now! I thought that was such a lovely thought and wanted to share it with everyone!
